Wedding Planner in Milan for Artful Celebrations Across Italy

Led by Emotion.
Guided by Beauty.
Grounded in Meaning.

At Ca’ di Campo, a luxury wedding planning studio based in Milan, we design experiences across Italy, defined by emotion, shaped through beauty, and grounded in meaning.

Founded by designer Maria Del Campo for couples who value meaning in every detail, and who want to feel understood, supported, guided, and at peace through every step.

Some weddings are planned. Ours are curated through memory, through atmosphere, through the quiet details that say everything without a word.

Her culinary training added another layer. Scent, timing, flavor, each became language for designing moments that moved beyond décor, into deep, into memory, into presence. It was during this time that she designed her first wedding, an experience as emotionally charged and spatially precise as any interior she’d ever created.

Later, in San Francisco, she led interiors for a real estate and hospitality projects across California, New York, Chicago, London, and Madrid. In parallel, she designed a series of private members’ clubs, curating every detail, from sourcing artisan tiles to final installation, while completing a master’s in furniture design in Milan.

And it was in Italy that everything aligned.

Mexican born, American by mindset, and Italian by choice, Maria founded Ca’ di Campo in Milan to design destination weddings across Italy. Each one an experience shaped by story, style, and soul. Her approach is quiet, detailed, and deeply personal, from the scents at dinner to the linen texture under your fingertips, from the softness of the sounds you hear to the pacing of the day.

Maria Del Campo
Founder & Creative Director

Experience Curator. Global Soul. Italian Heart.

Ca’ di Campo was founded to turn emotion into experience, the Italian way. Maria channels 15 years in interiors, hospitality, and storytelling to curate weddings that begin with a feeling and unfold through scent, texture, sound, and soul.

Raised in Mexico City, beauty was part of everyday life; in color drenched markets, the scent of street food, the sound of laughter through open windows. That way of seeing became Maria’s foundation: intuitive, sensory, and always rooted in people, place, and the experience of being there.

Her design journey began in Miami, designing interiors for globally recognized hospitality brands, hotels in the Caribbean, the U.S., and beyond. It was here she first learned how experience is built: through structure, flow, light, and mood.

As Art Director and Design Manager for The Standard Hotels, Maria curated experiences that blurred the line between storytelling and space, collaborating directly with artists during Art Basel Miami to create atmospheres that left an emotional residue. Every layout, material, and soundscape was chosen not just for how it looked, but how it made people feel.

Ca’ di Campo is where
it all comes together

Design. Emotion. Experience.

Translated into weddings that are immersive, intentional, and deeply felt.

This is not event planning.

This is emotional architecture.

from Milan, with meaning

Milan, for Maria, was not just a relocation. It was the place where things began to make sense. Where slowness is reverence, not hesitation. Where beauty is never rushed, and meaning is never secondary.

It’s here that Ca’ di Campo took root, close to the source.
Since founding the studio, Maria has personally visited nearly one hundred venues across Italy, covering more than half of the country’s regions. Not as a checklist, but as a way of understanding how each place feels, how it is run, who protects it, and what kind of celebration it can truly hold.

This is the mood Ca' di Campo designs from.
Quiet detail, sensory memory, and the kind of atmosphere that feels deeply personal without needing to explain itself.

This is how the work takes shape.
Through an approach that listens closely, honors your rhythm, and builds around it with care. So that every texture, every tone, every fleeting moment carries the same quiet certainty. You were understood. Completely.

Because what we remember is never the spectacle. It is the sensation.

The Interior Compass

designing through senses

Every celebration begins with a feeling and from there, we follow the senses.

They lead everything we do, the artisans we work with, the textures we bring in, the atmosphere we create.
Sometimes it means crossing Italy for a patterned linen that carries a memory, or spending days in vintage shops looking for glassware in the exact shade of green that echoes a place, a season, a feeling. We choose rosemary, jasmine, or lemon blossom not for how they smell, but for what they stir: a place, a season, a feeling you forgot you remembered.

Nothing is chosen just to impress.
Every view, every scent, every material is selected for a reason, to reflect your story, the place, and the emotion is meant to hold. These small, sensory moments whisper: Be here. Feel this. Remember.

We’ve driven hours across Italy for a single patterned linen that felt like someone’s childhood. We’ve spent days in vintage shops looking for glassware in the exact shade of green that echoed a memory. More than planned.
Curated.

Each celebration is curated with intention, from the architecture of the space to the atmosphere it evokes.

We design experiences that express something deeper than words. How the space holds people, what the air feels like, and the little moments that leave an imprint.
